At HEAL Palestine, we deliver urgent humanitarian relief and long-term support to Palestinians in crisis. As a nonpolitical, nonreligious nonprofit, we serve every Palestinian in need—upholding dignity, restoring hope, and providing essential medical and humanitarian aid.

For those who wish to fulfill their Zakat obligation, we ensure contributions are distributed directly to those who qualify, in full accordance with Islamic principles.


“Alms-tax is only for the poor and the needy, for those employed to administer it, for those whose hearts are attracted [to the faith], for freeing slaves, for those in debt, for Allah’s cause, and for [needy] travelers. This is an obligation from Allah. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.”

You can donate to Faith Pillars by clicking on the 'Donate' button on our website or by sending a check to our mailing address.

Faith Pillars offers a variety of programs, including after-school programs, summer camps, and mentoring programs.

 As mentioned in the Quran (Surah At-Tawbah 9:60), Zakat must be given to those in the following categories:

  • The poor (Al-Fuqara’) – Those with no means of livelihood.
  • The needy (Al-Masakin) – Those struggling to meet basic needs.
  • Zakat administrators – Those responsible for distributing Zakat.
  • Those whose hearts are to be reconciled – New Muslims or those in need of support.
  • Those in bondage – People suffering under oppression or financial hardship.
  • The debt-ridden – Those burdened by debts they cannot repay.
  • In the cause of Allah – Those striving in His way, including humanitarian efforts.
  • The wayfarer – Stranded travelers with no financial means.

At HEAL Palestine, we ensure your Zakat is distributed strictly within these categories, focusing on the poor, the sick, orphans, and displaced families in Gaza.
